Imagine this…

Waking gently to the hush of an October morning, you listen as the forest stirs outside — mist hanging low over mountains, and wind whistling over the river. The world feels quieter now, sleepier. Autumn has arrived.

Begin the day with mindful movement to bring ease into the body, followed by a warming cup of tea and a nourishing seasonal brunch.

Spend the afternoon wandering woodland paths dappled in golden light and carpeted in copper leaves. Maybe take a revitalising dook in the crystalline waters of the River Spey before warming up in the sauna. Later, curl up by the fire with a book and doze off as you please - no expectations, chores or deadlines await you. Dinner is served, and your belly and heart are both full with gratitude.

As darkness falls, gather for restorative yoga by candlelight, then coorie doon by the fire for heartfelt conversations, glowing embers, and toasted s’mores.

Each day on retreat is thoughtfully curated to honour the turning of the year — from forest bathing and seasonal foraging to intentional yoga practices and cold water immersion — offering space to rest, reflect, and reconnect as autumn deepens around you.

A two-story house with a beige exterior, multiple white-framed windows, and a covered porch with white columns. The roof has moss and lichen, and there are three chimneys. The house is surrounded by trees and garden plants, with outdoor furniture and a grill on the porch.
A cozy living room with a beige armchair decorated with fluffy pillows, a leather armchair, a side table with a gold ornate lamp, and a wooden bookshelf filled with books and decorative items.
Three Highland cattle with long horns standing on frosty grass in front of a leafless fall trees and a pink and orange sky.
